Both start the same way in India. The difference is what is added after the MEA.
For Hague Convention countries
- One certificate from the MEA, fixed to your document
- Newer apostilles carry a QR code that anyone can check online
- Used for Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam (education and personal) and many more
For countries outside the Convention
- Three separate offices, one after another
- The embassy stamp is what the destination country recognises
- Used for the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, China, Thailand, Malaysia and others

Where we work
One office in Delhi, clients in every state
Delhi and NCR clients can walk in. Everyone else couriers the originals to us. There is no home pickup, so you stay in control of when your documents leave your hands.

Asked before almost every order
Do you issue Police Clearance Certificates?
No. You get the PCC yourself from Passport Seva or the police. We then apostille or attest the PCC you already have.
Is my original safe while it is with you?
Originals stay with us only while they move between offices. They come back to you by hand at our office, or by Blue Dart or another secure courier with a tracking number.
Saudi Arabia: is an apostille enough now?
Yes, but only the newer MEA apostille that carries a QR code. An older apostille without the QR code is not accepted.
Can I send documents for the whole family together?
Yes. Send everything in one courier with a note listing each person and document. Each document is priced and tracked separately, so you know where every one of them is.
Do you translate documents too?
Yes, into any language your destination asks for. Tell us when you send the document and we include it in the quote.
