Certificates issued before Telangana was formed
Telangana became a separate state in 2014. Anyone who finished school or college before that may hold certificates that carry the Andhra Pradesh name, from a board or university that sat in Hyderabad at the time. Those papers are still valid and can be apostilled.
The question is which state department verifies them if your destination asks for the State HRD route. It depends on the issuing body and where it sits today. Send us a photo of the certificate and we confirm the correct department before you courier anything. If the Notary + SDM route is acceptable for your country, the state name on the paper does not matter at all.
Tip: keep the SSC certificate handy even if your checklist does not ask for it. It is often the document that proves the spelling of your name and your date of birth when the degree is checked.

Education papers go through Notary + SDM or verification by Telangana's Higher Education Department, then the MEA. Birth, death and marriage certificates go through Notary + SDM or the Telangana Home Department. JNTU marks memos and transcripts are separate documents, each priced on its own. Common destinations from Hyderabad
The United States, the UK and Australia
Hyderabad sends many students and IT professionals to English-speaking countries. All three accept the MEA apostille. Some universities only want sealed transcripts from your college, so check your admission letter. If it does ask for an apostille, we handle the degree and transcripts together.
Germany and the rest of Europe
Germany accepts the apostille. For education documents, the employer's or university's checklist decides whether Telangana HRD verification or Notary + SDM comes first. For Italy, Spain and Portugal, only the State HRD route is accepted for education documents.
The Gulf
For the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, documents get MEA attestation and then the embassy. Saudi Arabia accepts only the MEA e-apostille with a QR code, and Bahrain usually needs an apostille plus translation. See UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Parents visiting or joining children abroad
Hyderabad families often apply for long-stay or dependant visas to join a son or daughter who works overseas. These files usually need the parents' marriage certificate, and sometimes the child's birth certificate to prove the relationship. Older marriage certificates may be in Telugu or Urdu. We translate into any language the destination names and send the apostilled original and the translation back together.

PCC apostille for Telangana residents
Work permits and residence applications often ask for a police clearance certificate. You obtain it yourself from a Passport Seva Kendra or Post Office PSK, or from the police. Questions from Hyderabad clients
My degree says Andhra Pradesh, but I live in Hyderabad now. Can you still apostille it?
Yes. Send us a photo. We confirm which department handles verification for that certificate, or use Notary + SDM if your destination accepts it.
Does my JNTU consolidated marks memo need its own apostille?
If your checklist lists it, yes. It is processed as a separate document from the provisional or original degree.
My university in the US wants only transcripts. Do I need an apostille at all?
Not always. Read the admission letter. If it does not mention an apostille, ask the university before spending money. We are happy to look at the wording with you.
Can I courier from Warangal or Karimnagar instead of Hyderabad?
Yes. Any Telangana address works. We return the documents by Blue Dart or another secure courier to the address you choose.
Is there a Hyderabad counter where I can drop off documents?
No. Our only office is in New Delhi, and we do not collect from homes. Please courier the originals to us.
