We charge only for apostille and attestation. The PCC comes to you from Passport Seva (PSK, POPSK or Regional Passport Office) or the police, and any fee for it is paid to them by you. Send us the PCC once you have it.

Each line is per certificate. If you and your spouse both need a PCC apostilled, that is two documents.

We do not list government fees here, and the prices other websites show are not ours. The quote we send you names every item for your file, so you know the full figure before the PCC leaves your hands.
What changes the price
Two people with the same PCC can pay different amounts because their files are going to different places. These are the four things that move the figure.
- The route. A passport office PCC usually needs only the MEA. A police PCC needs a state step first, and the Home Department route costs more than Notary + SDM.
- The country. Apostille countries stop at the MEA. Embassy countries add an embassy stage, and each embassy has its own requirements. Italy, Spain and Portugal want the Home Department route for a police PCC.
- Translation. Some destinations want the PCC translated, and some want the translation apostilled as well. Portugal asks for both. Each translated document is priced separately.
- Courier return. We send the PCC back by Blue Dart or another secure courier. The courier return charge, if any, is stated in your quote. Delhi and NCR clients can collect from our office instead.
How long it takes, and what affects it
We give you a time estimate with the price, before you send anything. We do not publish a fixed number of days, because the time depends on things that differ from file to file:
- The path. A passport office PCC going straight to the MEA has fewer stages than a police PCC that needs state authentication first.
- The state that issued the PCC. A police PCC is authenticated by the state that issued it, and each state's office works at its own pace.
- The embassy, if any. An embassy stage adds time, and embassies close on their own national holidays as well as Indian ones.
- Translation. If the translation also needs an apostille, it goes through the MEA as a separate document.
- How the original reaches us. Office drop-off saves the inbound courier days. Couriered PCCs start once they arrive and are checked.
- Problems on the certificate. A name mismatch or a laminated PCC stops the file until you get a corrected certificate.
If you have a deadline, such as a visa appointment, tell us the date when you ask for the quote. We will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Ways to avoid paying for the wrong thing
The cheapest apostille is the one you do not need. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA ask for a PCC but take it as issued, so do not pay anyone for an apostille on a PCC going to these countries. Saudi Arabia has not required a PCC from Indians for visas since November 2022. If an employer there still asks, it must carry the QR e-apostille.
Also check your PCC before paying anyone. If it is laminated, has a spelling error or shows an old passport number, the fee for apostilling it may be wasted. A photo on WhatsApp lets us spot these first.

It is our full price for the MEA apostille on one passport office PCC. Translation and courier return are separate items, and we tell you about both in the quote before you pay.

Each embassy sets its own requirements, and some charge differently for different purposes. We quote once we know the country and whether your PCC needs a state step first.
When do I pay?
We confirm the route, price and time estimate on WhatsApp first, and explain how and when to pay at the same time. Nothing is charged before you have agreed to the quote.
Can I get an urgent PCC apostille for an extra charge?
Tell us your deadline when you ask for the quote. The MEA and state offices set their own pace, so we will not promise a date we cannot control. We will tell you whether your date is realistic.
I have a PCC and two degrees. Is there one price for all three?
Each document is priced on its own route. A degree follows the education route, not the PCC route. Send photos of all three and we quote them together.
