Everything happens over WhatsApp and phone until your parcel arrives. You send photos, we name the route, the price per document and a time estimate. Only after you agree do you pack the originals and book a courier to C-5, A/2, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096.

We send you updates as each stage clears. When the last stamp is on, we pack the documents and dispatch them to your Maharashtra address by Blue Dart or another secure courier, and share the tracking number with you.

Please note: no one from our side will come to your home or office in Mumbai. We do not run pickups in any city. You book the outbound courier yourself, and we book the return.

University of Mumbai degrees and marksheets

Mumbai graduates heading to Germany, Ireland or the Gulf often send the degree with all semester marksheets. If the destination accepts Notary + SDM, the set moves quickly to the MEA. If a checklist asks for state verification, the papers go to Maharashtra's higher education department first, and we quote that separately.

BMC birth certificates

Parents moving abroad with children frequently need a BMC birth certificate apostilled. Check that the child's name is printed on it. A certificate issued without the name can be refused by a foreign office, so get it updated at the ward office before couriering.

Marriage certificates

Certificates from the Maharashtra marriage registration office are common in spouse visa files. They take the Notary + SDM or Home Department route before the MEA. If the destination needs the certificate in its own language, we arrange the translation as well.

Commercial documents for exporters

Mumbai has a large exporting community, and many of our Maharashtra jobs are company papers: certificates of origin, invoices, packing lists, board resolutions and powers of attorney. These go to the Chamber of Commerce, then to the MEA, and then to the importing country's embassy if it asks for one. See commercial certificate attestation for the full chain.

Packing and couriering your originals

1. Agree the route firstWait for our WhatsApp confirmation of route and price before you seal the envelope.
2. Protect the paperPlace the originals flat in a plastic sleeve, between two sheets of card. Do not fold, staple or laminate them.
3. Add a cover noteWrite your name, phone number, destination country and a list of every document inside.
4. Use a tracked serviceChoose a courier with tracking and send us the docket number once it is booked.
5. Receive by Blue DartWe return the finished set to the address on your cover note.

Keep scans of everything you send. They help if a foreign office later asks for a copy before the originals reach you.

Where Mumbai documents are headed

The destination country, and sometimes the client's own checklist, decides the route. A few examples from Maharashtra files:

• Saudi Arabia accepts only the newer MEA e-apostille with a QR code. The old embassy attestation chain was used earlier and is now outdated.
• Bahrain usually needs MEA apostille plus a translation. Bahrain embassy attestation is required only in rare cases. See Bahrain.
