Hand over your documents in person
You will find us at C-5, A/2, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi 110096. Delhi residents can bring their originals, go through the route with us face to face, and leave knowing the price and the time estimate. When the stamps are done, you come back and collect the papers yourself.
Clients from Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad use the same arrangement. New Ashok Nagar sits close to the Noida and Ghaziabad side of the city, so a short trip is often simpler than packing a parcel. If a visit does not fit your week, courier the originals instead and we send them back by Blue Dart or another secure courier.
Message us on WhatsApp before you set out. We check the country and the document from a photo, so you arrive with everything the route needs and nothing is left behind.
No home pickup: we do not collect documents from homes or offices anywhere in Delhi or the NCR. Bring them yourself, ask a family member to bring them, or send them by courier.
Delhi documents we see most often
Degrees from DU and IP University
Graduates of the University of Delhi and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University often need their degree apostilled for a master's programme in Europe or a work visa. Many apostille countries accept the Notary + SDM route. When a checklist asks for state verification, the degree first goes to the Delhi state education department and then to the MEA.
MCD birth certificates
Birth certificates issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi come up when a family relocates together or a parent applies for a dependant visa. If yours is an old handwritten certificate, send us a photo first. Some foreign checklists ask for a computerised copy from the issuing office.
Marriage certificates registered in Delhi
Spouse visas and family reunion files usually ask for an apostilled marriage certificate. It goes through Notary + SDM or the Delhi Home Department before the MEA.
Police clearance certificates
Many Delhi clients need a PCC apostilled for a residence permit or job abroad. You get the PCC yourself from Passport Seva (a PSK or POPSK) or from the police. Once it is in your hands, we take it to the MEA. Details are on the PCC apostille in Delhi page.

NCR clients often hold papers issued outside Delhi. A degree from a university in Uttar Pradesh or Haryana goes to that state's education department if the State HRD route is chosen. Notary + SDM works the same way wherever the document was issued.
Italy, Spain and Portugal: degrees must go through the state education department, and personal documents through the Home Department. Notary + SDM is not used for these three countries.

Questions from Delhi clients
Can I pick up my finished documents from your office?
Yes. Delhi clients usually collect in person. We message you when the papers are ready. If you prefer, we can courier them back to your address instead.
I live in Gurugram. Can I drop off at New Ashok Nagar too?
Yes. Clients from Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad drop off and collect at the same office as Delhi residents.
Will someone come to my house in Delhi to take the papers?
No. We do not offer home pickup or doorstep collection. Documents reach us either at the office counter or by courier.
My degree is from DU, but I am already abroad. Can a relative hand it in?
Yes. A family member can bring the original along with a copy of your passport. We tell them on WhatsApp if your route needs any extra paper.
Does a Delhi degree need State HRD or Notary + SDM?
