BBA Degree Certificate Apostille & Attestation Services in India

The apostille process is applicable when you’re submitting your documents to a country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention. Apostilling your BBA certificate proves its authenticity and eliminates the need for further attestation from that country’s embassy.

There are two widely accepted routes to get your BBA certificate apostilled in India:

1. State HRD / University Verification + MEA Apostille

This traditional route includes:

• Step 1: State Higher Education Department or University Verification
  The BBA certificate is authenticated either by the state HRD department (Human Resource Development) or directly by the issuing university. This ensures the degree is legitimate and recognized by the government.
  
  
• Step 2: Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)

2. Notary + SDM + MEA Apostille (Fast-Track Option)

This method is quicker and widely accepted by Hague Convention countries:

• Step 1: Notary Attestation
  The certificate is first notarized by a Public Notary to confirm authenticity.
  
  
• Step 2: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Attestation
  The notarized document is further attested by the SDM in New Delhi.
  
  
• Step 3: MEA Apostille
  The Ministry of External Affairs then issues the apostille certificate.
